Floor Manager

We’re looking for a passionate, considerate, and welcoming person to join our team as a floor manager. This is an introductory leadership position with room for growth, and is a great fit for a manager hoping to hone their technical skills, or an experienced server looking to make the transition to management.

The role is a service focused position guiding and leading our team during daily dinner shifts. The role includes learning opportunities in wine, spirits, and restaurant operations. It is a hands on leadership position where creating a one-of-a-kind guest experience and supporting the success of our team is the central goal.

Schedule and Hours:

Full Time with consistent weekend and late night availability

Salary: $65K to $75K based on experience
